Petey’s Face Painting and Balloons

Please read before making a reservation.

Our refund and reschedule policy is as follows:

If your event changes dates or needs to be rescheduled, we must have 5 (five) business days in writing or by email in order to provide a refund. We will do everything possible to reschedule our professionals to your event, but if that is not possible due to previous bookings by other clients, we will offer you a percentage refund.

Once an event has been serviced by our team, payment is due immediately, and refunds and discounts cannot and will not be applied.

There are situations where partial refunds are granted:

    • At least 10 (ten) business days notice of cancellation before an event is to occur.

    • Scheduled events cancelled by significant weather incidents, such as impending hurricane.

    • Other situations may be discussed with Petey’s at our discretion.


Once your event has been scheduled, we will send you an email to notify you that we are booked for the event, and the date, time, and location where the event will be held, as well as the details of the expected services (number of painters, balloon artists, etc.).


If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You also may need to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.


We will do our best to reschedule our services, provided there is adequate notice. Reschedule dates are not automatically approved, we will work with you to determine if we can perform at the new venue, date, time, etc.. All reschedules will follow the same notification procedures. All changes must be submitted in writing or email, even if we speak on the phone.
